What this helps with
A qualified babywearing educator fits the carrier you already own, or helps you choose one before you buy. Most discomfort people blame on the carrier is a fit problem, so the session is spent adjusting on you and your baby rather than talking about products.
What happens
Learn a safe position for your baby's airway and hips, how to get them in and out on your own, and how to adjust as they grow. Bring the carriers you own, including the ones that did not work. If your baby has a hip or muscle-tone condition under follow-up, bring that guidance with you — it changes what is suitable.
