What this helps with
A qualified instructor, midwife, nurse or physiotherapist teaches you the strokes on your own baby, at your baby's pace. You do the massage; the session exists so that you can keep doing it at home.
What happens
The sequences, how to read when your baby has had enough, and how to fit it into your day. Massage is paused over broken skin, fresh vaccination sites, or when your baby is unwell — you will be shown how to judge that.
